OK! Here it is! Tea Myth #1: Drinking Tea will help you loose weight. BUSTED!
The components of tea can produce a slight weight loss effect. However, 5 cups of tea will only burn 67 calories a day! Since a standard diet is about 3000 calories a day, that a lot of tea!
